Another oil spill; this time in California. The underground oil pipeline ruptured Thursday, and leaked more than 100,000 gallons of crude oil on coastal lands and into the ocean. Plains All American Pipeline, owner of the ruptured pipeline, is among the worst violators listed by the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration.
