Is digital photography true photography? I’ve been a professional photographer for long years. When I first converted to digital photography, I heard the debate comparing digital photography to what was referred to as traditional photography, meaning film photography. There are many different views on the subject and some people actually say digital does not look as good as film, and others go so far to claim digital photography is cheating to get a good photograph, and act as though you are not a real photographer if you use digital techniques.
