Myth: “President Obama is Secretly a Muslim”.
It’s amazing that we still have to explain this, but many people still insist with great certainty that President Obama is a Muslim, without offering any evidence to support this claim.
First off, let me say that if President Obama were indeed a Muslim, it would not disqualify him from being president nor would it imply that he is not a loyal American. There is nothing in the US Constitution that indicates Presidents will be tested on their religious beliefs. Additionally, the term “Muslim” should not be used as an insult or to imply that someone supports terrorism.
Having said that, I am 100% certain that President Obama is not a Muslim. Here is just a short list of reasons why I am certain of this.
- Muslims do not eat pork. President Obama has often been known to enjoy a good Bar-BQ pork sandwich.
- Muslims are forbidden to drink alcohol. Obama enjoys a beer now and then.
- Muslims fast during Ramadan. President Obama has never done this.
- Muslims are required to face Mecca and pray 5 times a day. President Obama has never done this.
- Islamic law opposes homosexuality and gay marriage. President Obama supports gay rights and gay marriage.
- Muslims tend to oppose abortion. Obama supports a woman’s right an abortion.
- Islamic law calls for government based on religious doctrine. President Obama believes government should be kept separate from religion.
- In many Muslim cultures women are expected to obey their husbands. Some Islamic countries don’t even allow women to drive. Obama believes women should be equal to men and even signed legislation to enable women to be paid the same as men for doing the same work.
- President Obama is a baptized Christian, has attended Christian Church throughout his adult life, was married in a Christian church, had his children baptized in a Christian church, and has never been observed worshipping at a Mosque.
OK, that’s 9 good reasons why I’m certain Obama is not a Muslim. Most every social and political viewpoint that President Obama holds is in contradiction to Muslim law. The way he has lived his life for the past 30 years violates the tenets of Muslim law.
Some conservatives claim President Obama attended a Muslim school or “madrasa” when he lived in Indonesia as a child. Again, no evidence exists that supports this claim. In fact, according to reporters who checked it out, young Barack Obama attended St. Francis of Assisi School and for one year attended Besuki Public school, which is not a Muslim School.
Some conservatives claim President Obama “couldn’t find the time to attend the National Prayer Breakfast”. A little simple research reveals that he has, in fact, attended the national Prayer breakfast every year that he’s been president.
I still have yet to hear a single good reason to suspect that he is a Muslim.
The most powerful argument has been omitted here. As with Christianity (it says so in the Bible) it is one of the most sinful things to do is to deny your religion, your God. Likewise, the Koran has similar wordings from what I’ve been told by Muslim friends.
So, if Obama was a Muslim he would never deny that because he wouldn’t want to upset his God. It would mean a single ticket straight to hell.
In a lot of Muslim countries, once you have declared your a Muslim you can’t convert back to another religion. It’s forbidden and there are huge penalties, sometimes even death penalties if you do it.
So for Obama to pretend he’s of another faith (Christian) and claim Jesus while being a Muslim is highly unlikely.
Do you folks understand or know of the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya? A Muslim, when living or dealing with non believers is expected to hide his identity if his Islamic religion hinders the work of Islam. Islam divides the world into the house of Islam and the house of war. In order to gain an advantage a Muslim is allowed to drink, eat pork, deny Islam, accept gay lifestyle and abortion, in short, live like a Christian while hiding his true religion. We don’t have to look at what Obama dies not do, we just need to admit that from his first speech in Cairo till today Obama has covertly and overtly done more to strengthen Islam than any other human since the fall of the Caliphate all the while diminishing America, the Christian world and Israel.
There is nothing powerful about the arguments in this article or the post supporting it. He is Muslim.

President Obama has done nothing to help any one religion over another. He has only tried to patch up America’s relationship with Muslim countries after George W. Bush did so much outstanding damage to our country.
Everything Obama has done has been to benefit all Americans regardless of their religion. He has also been the best possible friend to Israel that they could possibly hope for.
You suggest that since Barack Obama has NEVER worshiped in a mosque, has NEVER observed Islamic religious rituals and has NEVER abided by Islamic law, somehow that proves he is a Muslim.
Using your logic then, we can equally conclude that President Obama is also secretly a member of the Ku Klux Klan.
The article you responded to offered solid evidence that President Obama is a Christian and has never been a member of the Muslim faith. You have failed to offer even the slightest shred of evidence that he is a Muslim yet you still insist that he is and you imply that being a Muslim is somehow a bad thing. That leaves us with only two possible excuses for your beliefs. Either you are horribly racist or you are mentally ill.
